Products are non-refundable and can only be exchanged if defective within 14 days of receipt. Wands carry a 1 year warranty.
All Returns require that an RMA Number be issued FIRST. Please be sure to CALL US (818-508-1296) or contact us to insure that your return is acceptable. Once approved, an RMA number will be issued along with instructions on how to send it back to us. Your return must be in its original packaging.
